1. Stand as straight as they can with their back and heels against the wall, making sure to keep their feet flat on the ground.
2. Raise arms like in the image below. Their arms should be against the wall.
3. Have someone mark on the wall the longest point on eash hand(Normally middle finger)
4. Measure distance between two marks.
